Wholesale solar equipment arrives by freight. Review the lot size, equipment model, delivery access, and unloading arrangements before ordering.
Where can wholesale lots be delivered?
Standard freight is included in the wholesale lot price to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and international destinations are not included. Unusual access or additional services may be unavailable at the listed price. If Tower Solar cannot honor an order as placed, it will offer a full refund.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is typically estimated at 10–15 business days after cleared payment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Supplier availability and freight arrangements must be confirmed.
Is supplier stock reserved?
No. Catalog quantities reflect the October 19, 2026 supplier snapshot and are subject to prior sale. Automatic supplier updates are not enabled. A listing does not guarantee that inventory is still available.
What happens if an item is unavailable?
Once online payments are connected, checkout will collect payment immediately. If an order cannot be supplied or delivered at the agreed price, Tower Solar will issue a full refund through the payment system. Products will not be substituted without your consent.
What is included in a lot?
The stated number of solar modules and standard freight for eligible wholesale lots. Installation, design, permits, racking, inverters, wiring, and other equipment are excluded unless expressly listed. Manufacturer warranty applicability must be confirmed for the exact model.
How should I prepare for freight delivery?
Confirm whether the address is commercial or residential, whether a loading dock or forklift is available, and whether a liftgate is needed. Tell Tower Solar about access restrictions before dispatch. Inspect the packaging and modules when they arrive and document any visible damage with the carrier.
